Tahun 2020, tahun berat diterpa badai pandemi. Situasi ini melumpuhkan ekonomi global dan belum tahu sampai kapan berakhir. Imbasnya adalah secara nasional pertumbuhan ekonomi minus, daya beli masyarakat menurun, banyak perusahaan industri mengurangi produksi, bahkan tutup. Dan tidak sedikit tenaga kerja kena PHK atau dirumahkan.

Dampak kelesuan ekonomi global dan nasional itu tak terkecuali ikut memukul kinerja Kospin Jasa yang sepanjang tahun lalu mengalami penurunan target yang telah ditetapkan baik di sektor pinjaman konvensional maupun syariah. Untuk pembiayaan konvensional misalnya, tahun 2020 tercapai Rp4,538 triliun dari target Rp4,711 triliun.

Simpanan tercapai Rp5,080 triliun dari target Rp6,252 triliun. Sementara pembiayaan syariah tercapai Rp1,488 triliun dari target Rp1,865 triliun, dan simpanan tercapai Rp1,912 triliun dari target Rp2,123 triliun. 

Kendati pencapaian target menurun sepanjang pandemi covid-19, namun dilihat dari aset,  simpanan dan pinjaman maupun ekuitas Kospin Jasa dalam tiga tahun terakhir tetap mencatat pertumbuhan positif.

 “Tahun 2020 ini, kinerja usaha Kospin Jasa mengalami penurunan karena transaksi anggota yang juga menurun akibat dampak pandemi  covid-19, namun kami masih bisa membukukan pembagian Surplus Hasil Usaha Jasa Simpanan sebesar 10,07 persen dan Jasa Pinjaman 11,42 persen,” kata Ketua Umum Kospin Jasa, Andi Arslan Djunaid.

Dia menyampaikan hal itu dalam Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Kospin Jasa Tahun Buku 2020, Sabtu, (20/3/2021) di Gedung HA Djunaid Convention Centre, Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. RAT  dibuka secara virtual oleh Menteri Koperasi dan UKM Teten Masduki sedangkan sejumlah perwakilan anggota diundang  terbatas dengan mentaati protokol kesehatan, dan sebagian besar anggota lainnya  mengikuti secara virtual.

Dalam laporannya, Andy Arslan Djunaid mengakui dampak pandemi covid-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha Kospin Jasa. Tidak hanya penurunan volume transaksi anggota yang akhirnya menghambat laju pertumbuhan pada 2020, sejumlah aktivitas lainnya, seperti pelatihan dan pendidikan serta program tabungan wisata untuk anggota tertunda.   

Untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut, lanjut Andy, manajemen selalu melakukan up date sesuai kebutuhan anggota dan ditunjang dengan program IT yang tidak ketinggalan dengan lembaga keuangan lain, membuat Kospin Jasa tetap eksis. Persediaan alat likuiditas, operasional bidang funding dan ekspansi landing menjadi fokus pengawasan dan penjagaan super ketat berpedoman pada rasio yang berlaku menjadi kebijakan utama.

Langkah-langkah ini membuat Kospin Jasa bukan saja tidak sampai melakukan PHK karyawan dan menutup kantor, bahkan mengurangi gaji pun tidak. Kinerja  keuangan pada 2020 sekalipun tidak mencapai target antara 80-90-an persen, tetapi secara angka masih signifikan. Bahkan untuk Kospin Jasa Syariah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan sejak 2018 hingga 2020 dari segi aset hingga pertumbuhan tabungan.

Hanya untuk penyaluran pinjaman baik Kospin Jasa Konvensional maupun Kospin Jasa Syariah mengalami penurunan dibanding 2019.

Kinerja usaha yang tetap positif itu, lanjut Andy, lantaran ditopang oleh partisipasi anggota yang tetap loyal disamping kerja keras dari seluruh karyawan yang makin solid. “Kami juga berterima kasih kepada Pemerintah, khususnya Kementerian Koperasi sudah mempercayakan Penyaluran KUR dan PEN melalui Kospin Jasa, setidaknya bisa menjadi stimulus untuk usaha anggota,” ujar Andy.

Ke depan, sekalipun 2021 belum bisa diprediksi, Andy tetap optimis, karena sudah adanya vaksin dan langkah konkrit pemerintah menghadapi Pandemi Covid 19. Dia mengapresiasi kebersamaan, soliditas, dan sense of belonging dari anggota yang tinggi.  (Irvan)
